EVENT DESCRIPTION

“STICK IT” FoM Łódź 2025 is the fourth edition of an event bringing together acrobatics enthusiasts and active lifestyle fans at all skill levels. Every year, hundreds of spectators and athletes gather to compete, watch, and train in a professional venue during this acrobatic event.

“STICK IT” is a unique two-day event combining competitions, workshops, performances, and open training sessions in a professional training space, attracting over 1,500 participants and spectators from Poland and abroad.

Originally a small, intimate competition, it has grown into the largest gathering of the acrobatics community in the country. The event is highly respected for its competitive level as well as its unique format, combining multiple disciplines such as tumbling, freestyle, and tricking.

COSTS

  • Nov 8–9 (workshops, overnight stay at the hall, competitions the next day): 299 PLN – one legal guardian enters for free

  • Nov 9 – second day only (athlete): 100 PLN – one legal guardian enters for free

  • Nov 9 – second day only (spectator): 50 PLN

If you purchase the 299 PLN package, participation as an athlete is already included.

  • Optional lunch delivery to the hall: 30 PLN

Trampoline Jumps with Artur Zakrzewski
Artur is a multi-medalist of the Polish Championships and a European Champion! Along with guiding students through the learning of the most challenging tricks, he also emphasizes the mental approach, which is essential for mastering complex skills.

They have been competing together since childhood and have often claimed the top spot at the Polish Championships. For many years, they were part of the national team, representing Poland in international competitions.
