Personal Data Controller (hereinafter: the Controller) – the controller of personal data is KOŁO CYRKU YAN FEDORENKO, NIP: 1133140806.
Service – the website available at the domain kolocyrku.com.pl, including the home page, all subdomains and subpages.
User – any person visiting the Service.
Regulation – as of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

KOŁO CYRKU reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on the Service website. Each new version of the Privacy Policy will be published with a new date. The most important changes from the User’s perspective will be clearly highlighted. Previous versions of the Privacy Policy will remain available within the Service.
